How do you offer FREE full Service Representation?
The property owner/agent will compensate us when a sale is executed and escrow closes and our Clients are registered with our Company. This is why we will not upfront any services to prospective Clients who are not initially registered with us.

Depending on the strength of your own credit and track record, these concessions can be negotiated in a win-win manner to increase the chances for a larger Seller participation.
